It gives me great pleasure to share a few words on behalf of Chashi Bondhu Ltd.
Our journey started with a dream — to make good quality and affordable feed available for every farmer in Bangladesh. I always believed that if we can improve the lives of farmers, we can change the future of our country.
From the beginning, our goal was clear: to produce feed that gives better results, saves cost, and keeps animals and fish healthy. With the help of expert nutritionists, we tested and improved our formulas again and again. In early 2025, we finally started full production — delivering high-quality feed that ensures the right FCR (Feed Conversion Ratio) and meets farmers’ needs.
At Chashi Bondhu, we work not only for business but also for our farmers’ success. Every step we take is guided by honesty, patience, and respect for the people who feed our nation.

A Leader with a Mission for Farmers’ Growth
Advocate Rezaul Kabir is the respected Chairman of Chashi Bondhu Ltd. He is known for his humble personality, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of the agro industry.
He was born in Daudkandi, Comilla, where he completed his early education — from primary to higher secondary level. Later, he studied law at Government Bangla College and earned both LL.B and LL.M degrees.
With more than 16 years of professional experience, Mr. Kabir has become a trusted name in the agro sector. He has worked closely with fish, poultry, and cattle farmers and always believed that the country’s development starts from the success of its farmers.
In 2024, he founded Chashi Bondhu Feed Ltd. with a clear mission — to produce quality feed locally and help farmers reduce costs and increase profits. After several trials and continuous improvement, his team successfully began large-scale production in 2025.
Today, under his guidance, Chashi Bondhu Feed Ltd. is known for its high-quality feed, accurate nutrition, and fair price. His honesty, discipline, and passion have made him a source of inspiration for many in the agricultural community.
